MEMBERS

Ordinary Members shall comprise those persons who have a keen interest and are involved in intellectual property but do not meet the requirements for Fellowship, Associate or Student membership.

FOREIGN ASSOCIATES, HONORARY, STUDENT & ORDINARY MEMBERS

Foreign Associates, Honorary Members, Ordinary Members,Student Members and Ordinary Members, may attend all meetings of the Institute and may take part in the discussion but they may not vote, nor may they nominate persons as candidates for executive office in the Institute, nor may they stand for any office other than that of the Honorary Vice-President who shall have no vote.

A Foreign Associate shall cease to be such upon the Council becoming satisfied that he has an office, or is practicing here in Zimbabwe either alone or as a member of a firm in the profession of Patent or Trade Mark Agents.
