REGULATIONS
The Council shall have powers to make Regulations for the Government of the affairs of the Institute and for the furtherance of its objects and from time to time may amend or revoke the same Provided always that no Regulation shall be so made or shall have any validity or effect if it constitutes or involves a variation of or addition to the Constitution. All such Regulations for the time being in force shall be binding upon the Members of the Institute in the same manner as the provisions of the Constitution, the provisions of the Constitution shall prevail. In the interpretation of the Regulations, the provisions of Clause 3, so far as applicable, shall apply thereto. The powers hereby conferred shall include the power to formulate a “Code of Ethics” for the guidance of Members and such code may be published and distributed to Members; to formulate and issue tariffs of charges for professional services and to amend same from time to time; to rule upon matter affecting the profession at the request of any Member.
Every Member shall be bound to further, to the best of his ability, the objects, interests, and influence of the Institute and shall observe all the Regulations for the time being of the Institute.
